Return window
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; returns sent to the original shipping location may not reach us.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you don't pay anything to have it put right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We usually won't ask you to send the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim. We email you when your refund is issued. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
